Description of Service
Builtingh is a curated platform showcasing Ghanaian technology projects, applications, websites, digital art, and creative content. We provide a space for creators to share their work and for visitors to discover innovative projects from Ghana.
Account Registration
Google Sign-In
You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account. By doing so, you authorise us to access your Google profile information, agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and confirm you are at least 13 years old.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

We reserve the right to review all submissions, reject or remove content that violates these Terms, feature exceptional content, and suspend accounts that repeatedly breach these standards.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
By you
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, illegal activity, or at our discretion.
Changes & Governing Law
Changes — We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law — These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
